Nothing is more annoying than data ending in the middle of a video call because nobody checked what was left. Every Pakistani network gives you two ways to check remaining MBs, minutes and package expiry: a free USSD code and the official app. Here are both, network by network. Codes can change when networks revise menus, so if a code fails, the app method below always works.

Jazz — check remaining package

Dial *443# for the prepaid menu, or check a specific bundle: most Jazz bundles can be status-checked with *117*bundle-code*2#-style codes shown when you subscribe. The simplest reliable route: open the Jazz World app — the home screen shows remaining data, minutes, SMS and exact expiry of every active bundle. Balance check: *111#.

Zong — check remaining package

Dial *102# for a usage summary of your active bundles (a small charge may apply), or dial *310# for the main menu. The My Zong App shows each bundle separately with MBs remaining and validity — far clearer than codes. Zong balance check: *310# menu or the app.

Telenor — check remaining package

Dial *123# and follow the menu to see active offers and remaining resources, or use the My Telenor App, which lists internet MBs, minutes and expiry on the dashboard. Balance check: *444#. If a code session times out, retry — Telenor menus can be slow at peak hours.

Ufone — check remaining package

Dial *706# for remaining resources of active buckets, or use the My Ufone App for a clear breakdown. Balance check: *124#. Ufone super card users can see all remaining resources (data, minutes, SMS) in one screen inside the app.

The app method — best for everyone

Whichever network you use, its official app (Jazz World, My Zong App, My Telenor App, My Ufone App) shows three things codes often hide: exact MBs remaining, the expiry date and time, and which bundle data is being consumed first when you have two bundles at once. Install your network's app once and this whole problem disappears.

Data khatam honay se pehle warning: Most network apps let you turn on a low-data alert, and Android itself can warn you — Settings → Network → Data usage → set a data warning a little below your bundle size, e.g. warn at 9 GB on a 10 GB package.

Package hai lekin internet nahi chal raha?

If the check shows MBs remaining but internet does not work: restart the phone, toggle airplane mode once, and confirm mobile data is on for the right SIM (dual-SIM phones often use the wrong SIM for data). If the bundle expired exactly today, remaining MBs shown in some menus may already be unusable — check the expiry time, not just the date.

Frequently asked questions

Is checking remaining data free?

The network apps are completely free to check. Some USSD summary codes charge a few rupees per query — the app is the better habit.

Why does my data finish before the package expiry?

Background apps — video autoplay, cloud photo backup and app updates on mobile data — consume MBs silently. Restrict background data for heavy apps and set updates to Wi-Fi only.

I have two bundles active. Which one is used first?

Usually the bundle expiring first is consumed first, but this varies by network. Your network app shows the order; USSD codes generally do not.
